Do unused credits expire?

Credits from one-time packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits are added each paid billing cycle and, under the current plan rules, remain available until used.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings to stop future renewals. Credits already added to your balance keep their normal validity after cancellation.

What happens if a generation fails?

When a generation task ends in a failed state, any eligible consumed credits are automatically reversed to your balance.
